"Month of Coordination"
We start working closely with you 2 months before your big day. Your High Profile Events planning team hosts an initial meeting with you and your partner to learn all about your vision for your day then takes you all the way through the wedding day!
What is included?
- Complimentary consultation where we discuss your priorities for your wedding
- 6 Week Check In meeting: discuss who you have booked, draft a timeline, and advise you on what is left to do
- Final Walk Through Coordination: (also known as the final details meeting) HPE arranges a final meeting with all of your vendors in order record all details of your big day!
- Take over all vendor communications 30 days before the wedding
- Create Final Wedding Day Timeline and distribute to all vendors
- Coordinate Decor delivery and set up with your vendor team
- Work alongside your officiant to create the ceremony details
- Run the Rehearsal
- Onsite Coordination on the Wedding Day with 1 to 2 assistants!

Partial Planning
The "I started planning and realized I need more help" package. You started planning your wedding alone but realized you would like more help from a professional. This package is for you.
What is included?
- Assistance booking remaining vendors
- Planning Meetings in person or over Zoom
- Unlimited email communication from the day you sign on as a High Profile Events client
- Scheduled phone calls to discuss any questions that may arise
- Decor set up to make sure all details are exactly how you imagined
- Work alongside your officiant to create the ceremony details
- Run the Rehearsal
- Onsite Coordination on the Wedding Day with HPE team
